Jason
Chief Executive Officer
Since entering the oil and gas field in 2010 Jason has held every role from Chief Inspector to CEO. Jason’s leadership and vision form our core values of safety, craftsmanship and reliability. Jason’s daily hands on approach and accessibility set the tone for how Envision views both its customers and employees as extended family. Jason holds a degree from West Virginia University, lives in Peters Township with his wife Brenda and their three children spending his free time coaching baseball and attending cheer competitions in between finding time for the outdoors.
Matt
President
Since his time as Vice President of Polycor and then the founder of Purge Energy Services Matt continues to bring his energy to the table on a daily basis in the day to day operations of Envision and ensuring our success. Matt holds a degree from Radford, lives on Cheat Lake with his wife Leann and their three children. When Matt and his family aren't on the water you can find him in a dugout coaching youth baseball.
Joe
COO Southern Division
Joe brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to Envision, shaped by his six years of service in the U.S. Army. His military background instilled in him a commitment to precision, efficiency, and leadership—qualities that have defined his oil and gas career since 2012. From Field Supervisor to HSE Director and Operations Manager, Joe has excelled in roles that demand strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving. As COO, he ensures seamless collaboration between engineering partners, procurement teams, and estimating operations. Based in Washington with his wife Lori and their two children, Joe remains deeply involved in his community, supporting youth sports and the Girl Scouts, always leading with the same dedication he brought to his service.
Colby
COO Northern Division
With 15 years of experience in the energy industry, Colby has developed a comprehensive understanding of coal, pipeline, and gas and oil sectors. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable insights into the intricacies of energy production and distribution, contributing to a wealth of expertise in these critical fields. A proud graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, Colby holds two degrees, which have been instrumental in shaping his professional journey. Outside of his career, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two kids. Together, they are passionate about raising cattle and engaging in the agricultural lifestyle. Colby and his family also love showing animals at the fair and supporting their children’s participation in youth sports. Balancing a rewarding career with a fulfilling family life, Colby is dedicated to both his professional and personal growth, with a strong commitment to his community and the future of the energy sector.
Kevin
HSE Director
Kevin has led the Envision safety program since its inception with OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Safeland training under his belt. Having almost 10 years of experience Kevin has successfully managed our team through ZERO safety incidents….establishing a culture of Envision a Safer Tomorrow Today. Kevin lives in Washington with his wife Becky and two children where they are all avid campers, hikers and fisherman.
Kelli
CFO
A day one team member and the financial backbone of Envision Energy Services, Kelli leads all day-to-day financial operations with precision and care. With over a decade of experience in accounting systems, financial reporting, and data management, she plays a vital role in maintaining the fiscal health and integrity of our organization. Kelli earned her associate’s degree in Accounting from Strayer University. Based in Washington, she and her husband Greg enjoy a vibrant family life with their six children and eleven grandchildren, often cheering them on at volleyball, baseball, and soccer games.
Shawn
Chief Development Officer
With almost two decades in the energy sector, Shawn brings extensive experience in traditional oil and gas, renewable natural gas, and renewable power generation development across a variety of platforms and organizations. With a strong focus on customer relationships and new business verticals Shawn continues to push Envision Energy Services towards tomorrow. Shawn lives in Peters Township, holds a Bachelor of Communications from Marshall University and loves to spend time with his twin boys coaching football, basketball, and sharing his love of the outdoors.
RIP
Chief Morale Officer
Meet RIP, the four-legged leader of our morale division. With a keen sense for quality control (mainly in the form of belly rubs) and an unmatched ability to sniff out good vibes, he ensures the Envision Energy Services team stays motivated. When he’s not overseeing office operations (aka napping under a desk), he’s busy reminding us to take breaks and enjoy the little things. Whether greeting clients with a tail wag or offering silent but powerful boardroom support, RIP takes leadership to a whole new level.
